As part of our 'beinspired' employee culture, Minto Hospitality Group enlisted the expertise of Christina Pizana a certified yoga instructor to lead outdoor lunchtime yoga sessions for our employees. The sessions were an overwhelming success! Christina was able to instruct the diverse group, adapting to each student’s skill level while making the class energizing, challenging, safe and very enjoyable.

With Christina’s guidance, our group enjoyed an hour of outdoor yoga during our lunch breaks. This not only helped each of us physically but really attributed to reduce daily stressors, increase our energy, and motivated us to realign our focus for the remainder of the workday. The inspiring and warm attitude Christina brought to each of our sessions made them that much more pleasant as each week we all looked forward to her class!

I would personally recommend Christina as an instructor to discover yoga with a group of friends or coworkers.
